Tamarind
The Tamarind (Tamarindus indica), though originally an African tree, has been introduced and naturalized throughout the Tropics. Every part of this tree is useful. The fruit, seeds, leaves, wood and bark can yield medicines, dyes, adhesives and even poisons.
