The Provo Sailing Club has officially moved their club into the Bight Park on Sunday June 14, 2009. They have occupied the western booth of the craft market area within the Bight Park which contains their gear and life-saving equipment. The club also has 6 Hobie Waves which are domiciled in the Park on the beach side and they intend to continue their casual sailing on the North Side of Provo and eventually creating educational programs designed to teach children water safety and how to sail.
